Hi! Welcome to AM Fitness — I’m excited to support and guide you on your health and fitness journey.
Let’s get moving!
All sessions are small group training sessions, designed to provide a training experience with personalized coaching in a motivating group setting.
If you are currently dealing with an injury or would like more individualized support, please reach out directly before booking. I also offer 1-on-1 personal training options. Please note that 1-on-1 training is priced separately from small group sessions.
Booking Policy:
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled session will result in a deducted session from your package or a $40 late cancellation fee.
